JOSEPH ARZUAGA

Joseph Arzuaga is a Bronx born Actor. When Joseph was nine years old his parents relocated the family to Long Island NY where they lived until he was nineteen. Joseph's first taste of being on a film set was for HBO's TV Mini-series Angels in America with director Mike Nichols.

At the age of sixteen while still living on the East Coast Joseph was officially bit by the "Acting Bug" when his mother enrolled him into the International Modeling and Talent Association (IMTA) which brought him on his first trip to Los Angeles to compete with many other actors where he caught the attention of quite a few agents & managers.

At the time it wasn't feasible for his parents to relocate his family to LA, but he didn't let that stop him. At age nineteen shortly after the loss of his father and only a thousand dollars in his pocket Joseph decided to move out of his parent's home and relocated again, but this time to "The City of Angels" aka Los Angeles to pursue a film career.

While in pursuit Joseph also went to college to receive an education in Interior Architecture which brought him to have a successful career in designing & building restaurants for one of the top firms in the country.

Joseph's main Theatrical training is from Berg Studios founded by Gregory Berger-Sobeck, who is a graduate & current faculty member of the Yale School of Drama. Joseph has specifically trained at Berg Studios under the guidance of both teachers Desean Terry a Juilliard graduate as well as Gregory Berger-Sobeck.

Joseph has also trained at UCB, Stan Kirsch Studios & Margie Haber Studio. Between these studios they have taught, actors who have been anywhere from Academy Award Winners, Emmy Award Winners, Series Regulars and more.

Joseph's dual career's and education have given him access to a strong visceral, tactile and emotional approach when embarking in new film endeavors. He has also been known to be attracted to film & TV projects that are gritty in nature while also having a high fashion Dolce & Gabbana Arthouse feel to it.
