Temporary Private/ Confidential Webpage Access:

On a per Performer and Performers Agent and/or Manager bases, said Performer and Performers Agent and/or Manager will be granted temporary access to a password protected performer webpage through www.josepharzuaga.com which will allow Performer(s) and their agents and/or managers film footage of the specific project they are a Performer in. This Password protected webpage will be under the same privacy terms and conditions which are set throughout this agreement where applicable. The Film Footage on this website is and always will be the property of Joseph Arzuaga.

For Performer, and Performers Agent and/or Manager to be allowed access he/she must agree to the terms and conditions on the password protected webpage before they will be granted access.

The footage on this webpage is not guaranteed to be the final finish product of intended television/film/new media project. This could be but not limited to the complete raw film footage or film footage without the proper audio, film edits etc. Performer and Performers Agent and/or Manager should not at all consider this footage to be the final production cut unless indicated by Owner. All Raw footage must always remain confidential and never shared publicly. For any reason you believe the privacy of this webpage has been compromised you must contact Joseph Arzuaga in writing immediately.
